在朋友的交谈中，我认识了爱心坐月子中心。我清楚记得那天是2007年1月1日，我拜访了爱心。它给我的第一个印象是屋子的面积很大，停车方便及空气清新。那时候是我第一次接触老板娘。那时的他非常忙碌，不过还是满脸笑容，在她滔滔不绝的讲解下，使我更深一层认识爱心。爱心提供的环境和服务令我很满意，所以我也没有拜访任何一间坐月中心了。在和先生最后的决定下，我便拜托同事帮忙把定金付了。5月15日我终于诞下“大眼睛”的男宝宝。今天是我在爱心的最后一晚了，虽然觉得很开心可以回家，但总觉得有点依依不舍的心情，毕竟在这了度过了30天。 在此我盼望爱心生意蒸蒸日上，培育更多健康的国家栋梁。天下的父母都是那么伟大，对儿女的付出心力都无法衡量，我想爱心也是一样吧！Gambatte! Sincere thanks for taking care of our baby so well ! We were hesitated during my pregnancy whether to choose a confinement lady or a confinement centre for my post-natal care. After delivery, we definitely felt grateful & blessed that we have choose Ai Xin ! Our baby was born prematurely and being a first time parent, we were so worried when he was discharged from hospital if we would be able to take good care of him. At Ai Xin, their experience & expertise has demonstrated really professional care meeting my baby’s need. My baby has gained weight significantly from 2.2kg to 3.4 kg within 3 weeks after he was discharged ! Even our pediatrician was impressed with his healthy weight gain progress. We felt so relief & thanks about it, we cannot imagine if we have chosen the traditional confinement lady as she would needs to face care of both myself & my baby, 24 hrs a day ! At Ai Xin everyone is specialized & dedicated ! Big & thousands gratitude !

I would like to share gratitude to Ai Xin Confinement Care Centre. They had been taking very good care of my PRE-MATURE baby and therefore I do not need to worry and able take a good rest in confinement centre. After a month I have seen my baby grown up healthy and gained weight. The nannies and workers are very helpful and provide a lot of tips on taking care of my baby. I believe that Ai Xin Confinement Care Centre will be a good place to support post natal mothers. Continuous improvement is seen as most of the feedbacks are taken seriously to improve the services. I enjoyed my stay in Ai Xin. The services provided exceeded my expectation and I can see that there are a lot of systems in placed for the service they provide. I especially enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment. The peace and quiet enables me to successfully breastfeed this time around. The baby care also gave me the chance to rest and recovers and also provides me with the flexibility when I want to cuddle or feed the baby. I'm glad I've made the choice to stay here for my confinement.

I’m happy that I make a right decision to spend my confinement month at Ai Xin Confinement Care Centre. At first my parent was so worried on the food and services provided by confinement centre because they received bad impacts from others which complaint on the food. But at Ai Xin, we have serve with few variety of food on rotation and we will not get bored on it. Secondly, the expertise knowledge and experience from person in charge and aunty also help me to learn how to take care my baby well in future. Information given also indirectly can help to build up confidence for us to handle our baby. Thirdly, I can have more time to take rest here and my baby also can recover better.

I got to know AI XIN through colleagues, who stayed at AI XIN previously. A lot of good feedback from them and generally says the price is reasonable as compared to other confinement center. I heard that the environment is very comfortable and the meals are very nice. So I decide to pay a visit and to have a look. When I first stepped in to AI XIN, the first thing attracted me is the baby room with pleasant environment. Rooms are OK, overall I am impressed. So I decided that AI XIN is my choice for the confinement month.
